一 |     Chinese President Xi Jinping, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, will attend and address a grand meeting commemorating the centenary of the birth of late Chinese leader Jiang Zemin on Aug. 17.    The event, scheduled to start at 10 a.m. at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing, will be broadcast live by China Media Group and xinhuanet.com. 二 | 与此同时，逐一摸排施工现场人员底数，细化转移人员清单，明晰转移路线，复核避险安置场所，截至昨天12时，全市应转移人员及时、有序转移至安全避险场所。此外，各类应急抢险队伍进入临战状态，调配大型挖掘机、排涝设备等救援装备随时待命，一旦发生边坡滑移、人员被困、基坑险情等突发状况，确保救援力量第一时间到场处置。
