'수유동 오피스텔 강도살인' 피의자 기소…"현금 노린 계획범죄"_我的网站

서울북부지검 형사2부는 26일 강도살인 및 마약류관리법 위반(향정·대마) 혐의로 나모(52) 씨를 구속 기소했다고 밝혔다.검찰에 따르면 나 씨는 필로폰을 투약한 뒤 오피스텔에서 지인인 피해자의 목과 옆구리 등을 칼로 수십 회 찔러 살해하고, 피해자 소유의 현금을 빼앗은 혐의를 받는다.검찰은 이 사건을 우발적 범행이 아닌 계획범죄로 판단했다. 나 씨는 경제적으로 궁박한 상황에 놓이자 평소 다량의 현금을 보관하고 있던 피해자를 상대로 강도 범행을 결심한 것으로 조사됐다. 나 씨는 범행에 앞서 ‘수갑’, ‘결박도구’ 등을 검색해 범행 도구를 미리 준비했고, 다수의 흉기를 소지한 채 오피스텔에 들어가 계획대로 피해자를 살해하고 금품을 훔쳐 달아난 것으로 파악됐다. 검찰은 압수된 휴대전화 10대를 면밀히 분석하고, 나 씨와 동거했던 지인의 주거지를 압수수색했다. 또 나 씨와 피해자의 계좌 거래 내역을 분석하는 한편 범행 현장인 오피스텔 폐쇄회로(CC)TV 영상을 추가로 확보하는 등 다각적인 보완 수사를 통해 강도살인 범행의 전모를 규명했다고 설명했다.검찰은 피해자 유족을 위한 경제적 지원과 함께, 개정 특정강력범죄 처벌법 시행 취지에 따라 신속히 피해자 국선변호사를 선정했다. 검찰 관계자는 “향후 유족의 재판 절차 진술권을 보장하는 한편 피고인에게 그 죄에 상응하는 형이 선고될 수 있도록 공소유지에 만전을 기할 예정”이라고 밝혔다.나 씨는 지난달 28일 오전 1시 42분쯤 수유동의 한 오피스텔에서 피해자를 흉기로 살해한 혐의로 긴급체포됐다. 경기 성남수정경찰서가 나 씨 지인으로부터 ‘나 씨가 마약을 투약하고 살인을 저지른 것 같다’는 첩보를 입수해 동선을 추적한 끝에 검거했다. 이후 사건과 신병은 발생지 관할인 강북경찰서로 이관됐다. 긴급체포 당시 나 씨 소지품에서는 필로폰과 대마 추정 물질이 나왔고 간이시약 검사에서도 양성 반응이 확인됐다.나 씨는 지난달 30일 열릴 예정이던 구속 전 피의자 심문(영장실질심사)에 출석하지 않았고 서울북부지법은 같은 날 “증거인멸 및 도주 우려가 있다”며 구속영장을 발부했다. 경찰은 지난 7일 나 씨를 강도살인 및 마약류관리법 위반 혐의로 검찰에 구속 송치했다.。 Director SS Rajamouli watched Avatar: Fire and Ash at a special screening in India. Rajamouli watched Avatar: Fire and Ash and said, “I felt like a child in the theatre.” James too expressed his interest to come to India and watch Rajamouli working. “I would love to come to your set. May I come to your set sometime and watch you create your magic?” In his reply, Rajamouli replied, "Oh...that would be an absolute pleasure Sir. You are most welcome and not just my unit, but the entire film industry will be thrilled.”
‘Love to operate the camera’
Rajamouli also stated that he has been shooting for Varanasi, and it’s almost a year now. “Another seven-eight months to go. We are in the middle of the shoot.” Cameron also expressed that he would love to operate the camera and shoot some second-unit shots for Rajamouli – much to the latter’s delight.
